Thanks to Open Road Films, here we have is the first full length teaser-trailer of Jake Gyllenhaal's upcoming Crime/Thriller/Drama movie. Nightcrawler is directed by Dan Gilroy of The Bourne Legacy. 
The film stars Jake Gyllenhaal, Bill Paxton, Rene Russo and Riz Ahmed. The movie will be produced by Jennifer Fox, Jake Gyllenhaal, Tony Gilroy, David Lancaster, Michel Litvak and Gary Michael Walters. Gilroy will make his directorial debut with this film.

He has said that his character Lou Bloom in the film Nightcrawler is both ‘literally and figuratively hungry.’
And Jake Gyllenhaal conveys just that, as seen in the first trailer for the upcoming flick, out October 17. 
The 33-year-old actor lost twenty pounds for the role where he is desperate to make it in his chosen profession – as a TV crime reporter, prowling the LA streets after dark.

It is scheduled to be screened in the Special Presentations section of the 2014 Toronto International Film Festival.
The film is scheduled to be released on October 17, 2014, by Open Road Films.

Plot:

A driven young man (Gyllenhaal) stumbles upon the underground world of L.A. freelance crime journalism.
