The Riot Club (2014) Drama/Thriller/British


The Riot Club, formerly named Posh, is an upcoming British drama thriller film directed by Lone Scherfig and written by Laura Wade, based on Wade's 2010 play Posh. The Riot Club is a fictionalised version of the Bullingdon Club.

Opening on September 19th in the UK, the film’s tagline reads: “Filthy. Rich. Spoilt. Rotten.”

Plot:

The movie is set amongst the privileged elite of Oxford University and follows Miles (Irons) and Alistair (Claflin), two first year students determined to join the infamous Riot Club, where reputations can be made or destroyed over the course of a single evening.
