Description:

Luc Besson (The Fifth Element) is writing and directing the sci-fi action flick. The filmmaker is responsible for some of the most iconic action heroines of screen history: the eponymous Nikita in the French assassin thriller (1990), Leeloo (Milla Jovovich) in The Fifth Element or Mathilde (Natalie Portman) in Leon. We’re sure Scarlett Johansson as Lucy will continue this trend!

Morgan Freeman is circling the role of a professor well-versed in evolution and neurology who Lucy is on a mission to find before she dies.
