Neighbors (formerly titled Townies) is an upcoming 2014 American comedy film directed by Nicholas Stoller and written by Andrew Cohen and Brendan O’Brien. The film stars Zac Efron, Rose Byrne, Seth Rogen and Dave Franco. The first trailer was released on September 3, 2013 and the scheduled released date of "Neighbors" is May 9, 2014.
Plot:
"A couple with a newborn baby move into a new neighborhood and face unexpected difficulties following the establishment of a fraternity house in the adjacent residence. They are forced to live next to it."
