The Giver is an upcoming 2014 Science fiction/Drama film directed by Phillip Noyce and written by Michael Mitnick. The film stars Jeff Bridges, Brenton Thwaites, and Meryl Streep. It is based on the 1993 novel of same name, written by Lois Lowry.
The film is set to release on 15th August, 2014.

Plot:
