First Look of 'Chappie' from Comic-Con - (Chappie) Action/Thriller 2015

Here is the first look from the Comic-Con of the action/thriller/sci-fi movie 'Chappie' slated to release in March, 2015.

Chappie is an upcoming 2015 sci-fi film co-written and directed by Neill Blomkamp. The film stars Sharlto Copley, Hugh Jackman, Dev Patel, and Sigourney Weaver.

After being kidnapped by two criminals during birth, Chappie becomes the adopted son in a strange and dysfunctional family. Chappie is preternaturally gifted, one of a kind, a prodigy. He also happens to be a robot.

Chappie is the third film written and directed by South African sci-fi auteur Neill Blomkamp , following up Elysium and District 9 previously. The script was co-written by Terri Tatchell, based on Blomkamp's short Tetra Vaal. After filming down in South Africa last year, with a cast including South African rappers Die Antwoord, the film will be ready for release in March next year. Sony Pictures has Neill Blomkamp's Chappie scheduled for release starting March 6th, 2015. Stay tuned for the first trailer.
